WInC is looking for dedicated board members to contribute to the defining of the organization's mission and governing the fulfillment of that mission. Selected board members will focus on 1) supporting and evaluating the Executive Director, 2) ensure effective planning, 3) monitor and strengthen programs and services, 4) ensure adequate financial resources, 5) protect assets and provide proper financial oversight, 6) ensure legal and ethical integrity, and 7) enhance the organization’s public standing.  The board is a working board that offers many opportunities to actively engage in advancing the success of our organization.
