Women's Intercultural Center

The Women’s Intercultural Center's Ballet Folklorico accepts invitations to perform at a variety of events outside of the Center.  Performance requests outside of the Center require a TWO WEEK NOTICE.  The Group does not charge a fee to perform; however, DONATIONS are welcomed to purchase supplies and materials to make the costumes and to defray transportation costs.

In submitting your performance requests, the following information must be provided:

1. What type of event is it?
2. Date, time, and location of the event.
3. Is there an area provided for us to change costumes?
4. How long would you like us to perform (i.e. 30 minutes, etc.)?
5. Will a sound system be available?
6. And are you providing a donation?

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 15 minutes is required for costume changes.
