Women's Intercultural Center

The Women’s Intercultural Center’s staff is comprised of full-time and part-time employees as well as volunteers.  Some of our staff consists of former participants that developed their education and employment skills through our programs reflecting the Center's emphasis on leadership development and ownership.

The Center’s operations, personnel and program development are handled by a Management Team which consists of three full-time staff members: Executive Director, Finance Director, and Program Director.

All staff is given the opportunity to provide input on decisions related to programs and policies, as well as day-to-day Center operations.
